Ordered a part, they shipped it without pre-paying the import duties so it costs me an extra 1000 mexican pesos for "paperwork".

Good delivery performance. Easy to deal with. Good communications.

I appreciate the efforts made by Ronald P to resolve my order complications. However, it was frustrating trying to get quick responses to my texts and requests for follow up. Even if there's no resolution to the issue, acknowledgement of the text is a comfort. At a certain point I thought I might've been involved in a scam.
That said, it all worked out and I have the parts I needed. Thank you

It was on back order but still arrived in a timely manner.

I called them up to find out If I could substitute 32 mm for 1 1/4 inch jib track the answer was yes. They accepted my order then told me that there was a backorder but they gave me a preferable substitute with a nice discount. They did not ship one of the items but that was not because of Mauripro's fault, the invoice showed that the order was correct, but Ronstan directly filled the order who made the blunder. Mauripro was right on top of it and they made sure the order was corrected They are fair priced, diligent, helpful and honest. I dont think you can go wrong with them.

My experience with Christina has been exceptional. My order, after sales support (even in the after hours) were complete and handled in an above competent manner in every way.

Good quality and good assistance. It did take some time to arrive but I do understance because it was a part difficult to find. Thank you guys.
